I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer that has been training a variety of clients from athletes to those looking to learn life changing tactics to not only lose weight but to keep it off.


Being a professional Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for over 17 years my arsenal of fitness classes includes, but are in no way limited to: Spinning, Pilates, Body Sculpting, Kick boxing, Step & Double Step. One of the things that makes me unique is I have developed a specialty class called Rip n Ride which is a 90 minute class of Spinning & Hard Core Body Sculpting intervals. This is sure to break up your everyday routine! If your not excited yet I am also only one of a handful of instructors certified to teach Forza.

I will provide a customized training program for your fitness goals, complete with a guide to mentally prepare yourself to change your body, a nutrition plan, and a physical training plan. My training program comes from over seventeen years of experience, research and dedication to the art of shaping better bodies and finding a healthier happier person in everyone.
